| we need to think of ways to get these members coming in! Theyre loving the fb page but its here we need them! Id say stop posting recipes on the fb and instead send em the link to the topic on here but dont want it to stop people using the page altogether! Claire, if another SW site can do it without FB then so can you lady!! Maybe its time we spammed!! muuahahaaaa  | |

| Was just thinking along those sort of lines myself Hayley, the only thing I'm thinking is that we can't get them to join if they don't want to strange as it may sound.

| i agree with the stop posting recipes bit however i was gonna do it just in the beginning to entice people to use the page as such! once we get them posting regularly and then entice them over kinda thing!
im wondering as well whether it would be a good idea to open the board to everyone so that you can post if your a guest as well...maybe worth a try? and if they post as a guest they mite like it it and stay? | |

| thats another thing i was going to mention, i think the bored should be viewable to all, thats another thing i think, they click the link to join yet see nothing! I think all sections should be viewable to outsider except maybe the weigh-ins (the bit where we actually post our weight/weightloss) as thats pretty personal to some people isnt it. And then for those who want advice but dont want non members or the risk of someone they know, then if we have a little private member sonly bored for weighty worries or something!? Other sites are proving hugely popular because, as we all know, we google a random recipe and we can access it without becoming a member, then maybe if theres something a person needs to ask about the said recipe, they will sign up to question whoever | |
