Hi SW Buddies!

Hi everyone, Im Hayley and i first walked into my local SW group 28th June 2011 after summer arriving and me no longer being able to get into most of my summer clothes! Standing on them scales and being told i weighed 15st 11lbs (221lbs) was the worse moment of my life, it was then it hit me and all the questions came, why hadnt i noticed, why hadnt i done anything sooner, why had i allowed myself to become a size 18!! Well now, 6months in and im 13st 7lbs (189lbs), a loss so far of 2st 4lbs (32lbs) and down to a dress size 14. I dont really have a goal as of yet, iv said i want to lose 5stone, but to be honest, for me its more about how i feel about my body, my clothes size. Maybe closer to my goal i will be able to answer that!? Iv gone from being a complete slob, to 5 days a week of kicking ass at the gym, and im feeling so much fitter. So heres to all our weightloss journeys and to supporting eachother along the way

im 5ft 2in, why?

just wondered as i weigh a little less than u and im still in a size 16 so thought it mite be to do with the height difference but im 2 inches taller than u lol

i think it depends on excersises and things your doing too, i am in the gym every day apart from the weekend, so im toning in certain areas, i do alot of weights too
