downsizing!

The thightening has begun!

like all of us, we dont just want to see the scales going down, we want to see it, feel it in our clothes, but no matter how much you stare at yourself in the mirror, nothings happening! For me, i didnt drop clothes sizes until id lost 2st, and then there was no stopping it! in the space of a few weeks i went from a size 18 to a 14, and even now, my jeans are massive on my bum and legs but i still cant get into anything smaller than a 14 on my hips. My top half on the other hand was the first to go. I took my measurements when i first joined and took them again last week and was amazingly surprised at the difference!

take your measurements whenever, i didnt take mine as soon as i started it was a number of months in, but what i did do was put a little star next to the date i measured, so i know that my inchloss is from a certain weighin week
