| Syn Free if using cheese as a healthy Extra if not 28g cheese or 42g reduced fat cheese 8 syns Preheat oven to 200°c/400°f/gas mark 6
Grease proof or baking paper 1 packet Instant Mash/Smash makes 2 small pizza's (the cheaper brands make better and have a better consistency than the better brands) 1 Egg (optional but I like it with egg) Water (I had to Judge how much myself) Passata Toppings
1.Add smash, egg and a little water. mix then add a little water at a time until you get a dough like consistency but not too much. 2. Press and flatten on to greaseproof paper, put another piece of greaseproof on top of the smash, roll out then cut round a small dish or bowl to get a cirlcle. 3. Keep the smash circles on the greaseproof paper and place them on a baking tray. 4. Add a little passata, cheese and any topping of your choice. Place in the oven and cook between 10-20 mins depending on thickness and size of Pizza.

| yes i was told smash is synned, i use mr. mash but instead of making it up part milk part water like the instructions say, i just use all water. Still comes out as nice!
Iv been told about these potato pizzas and that they are really nice but im yet to try them, i still havent tested out the chicken pizza either! | |
