| Syn free on Green or Extra Easy Ingredients 4 large russet potatoes (or similar type potato) 1 tablespoon oregano 1 tablespoon of parsley 1 tablespoon thyme 1 – 2 tsp of paprika salt and black pepper Frylight or Pam Spray Method Preheat oven to 200c of 400f Slice the potatoes into wedges (with skins on) Add to a saucepan of boiling hot water and parboil for approx 5-8mins. Drain and set aside Mix all the herbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spray a baking tray (you may need 2, depending on size of your tray) with Frylight or Pam Spray. Add mixed herbs to the potatoes and thoroughly mix to coat. Place potatoes on the baking tray. and spray over the top with more Frylight or Pam Spray Bake in the oven till crisp and golden, (turning several times during cooking time) These are great served just on their own, or with any meat dishes etc. | |
