| Coconut & Lime cakes
85g low fat spread
1 egg
3 tbsp sweetener
3 tbsp condensed milk light
20g desicated coconut
Half a lime (zest to be grated, and juiced)
125g SR flour
1 tsp baking powder
METHOD:
Cream together spread and sweetener
Mix in condensed milk and coconut
Mix in lime zest and juice
Sift in flour and baking powder
add the egg, give a good mix
spread into 12 fairy cake cases bake on 180 for 20 minutes
Mixture total is 48 syns | |

| Just worked it out from the total syns of the mixture and it's 4 syns per cake. | |
