| Oven Baked Crisps
peel a couple of large potatoes and slice thinly using a mandolin, soak in a bowl of cold water to remove the starch, pat dry with kitchen paper. Spray a baking sheet or two with fry light sprinkle with a little salt and lay the potato crisps on it side by side, spray with oli again and sprinkle with a little more salt or flavourings of your choice i.e chilli flakes, pepper, etc, bake in a hot oven until crisp looking, approx 10-15 mins on 200deg, allow to cool if you can | |

| ok just did another batch on a lower heat and again they were either soggy or burnt! so i googled in and found this receipe and omg they are so much better! and nice and crunchy too!
Slice as many potatoes as required with a potato peeler so they are thin slices. spray plenty of frylight onto a plate place sliced potatoes onto the plate in a single layer another squirt of frylight and salt to taste
put in microwave for 5 mins or until potatoes are cooked and crisp
