Feeling low

Just really can't be bothered with Slimming World any more, I know I've done really well up to yet with a 19lb loss (since October) but part of me just really can't be bothered. Am just getting to the stage where I feel like giving up completely and have been feeling like this for the last couple of weeks.

Part of me just wants to give up completely.
