| I think thats what its for, for baking with. You can do Scan Bran Forerro Rochet with it too. | |

| its like a dryer ryvita. iv nibbled one raw just to try it but its not my thing, but then neither are ryvitas! iv tried carrot cake made from it which was ok, not a fan of the curly wurly cake tho a stand in consultant raved about at our group one time!! | |

| im not keen on ryvitas either and i did nibble the scan bran and didnt like it! not minding the curly wurly cake though! its better than eating it raw lol | |
