Ingredients
1 cup of natural yoghurt
1 cup Tandoori Massala Marinate (from an Asian shop)
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tbsp Garam Massala
1 Teaspoon Coriander powder
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
Juice 1 lemon (or juice lemon juice)
4 cloves garlic - crushed (optional)
1 inch grated ginger (optional)
4 Chicken Breasts Cubed
Method
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes/chunks
Mix all ingredients spices & yoghurt together then add the chicken breasts pieces.
Marinate for at least an hour but as long as possible
Line a baking try with foil spoon on the chicken pieces. Cover with more foil & cook on high for 20minutes, remove foil & cook for a further 15 minutes (untill juices have cooked away)
